In spite of huge advances in information technologies and the widespread commitment to adopt them, a considerable part of the organization s information and business process activities still exist outside the scope of automated management. Adopted Information technology (I.T.) solutions cannot completely cover information and business processes (within an organization) due to their well-structured hard-to-adjust nature; while the organizations business processes continuously deviate and evolve.
