This writing has come from a journey of self-discovery, it has not come from a text book, nor has it come from anyone else's experience. It is just one man's opinion on how to grow, how to develop and how to expand in a world that is constantly changing. It is my experience as I look back on forty years in the life of one average and normal human being.
