Global societies are experiencing unprecedented levels of migration driven by conflict, economic inequality, climate change, labor mobility, and geopolitical instability. While migrants make valuable social, cultural, and economic contributions to their host countries, many also face significant emotional and psychological challenges throughout the migration process. Experiences of displacement, uncertainty, separation from family and community, discrimination, and social exclusion can place migrants at greater risk of stress, anxiety, and other mental health difficulties.
