This book takes a holistic, interdisciplinary approach to understanding change management across management and social science, the disruptive nature of GenAI in education and other domains, and methods to enhance change success in the age of GenAI.

Change is not new to people, nor is AI or GenAI. However, how much do we know about change management failure regarding technology and methods to enhance success? The answer is not a lot. This book is designed to increase knowledge from "not a lot" to "quite a lot."
