Joey picks up the idea, starts to kill tobacco investors, leaving a cigarette pack each time. Tobacco stocks plunge.When the cop realizes he created a serial killer he races to stop him. But wonders if he can without killing him, and if he'll be in time--the tobacco companies have a million dollar bounty on Joey's head.
