En el contexto de la ley de responsabilidad penal adolescente en Chile, el/la joven en tanto sujeto de derechos cruza por un proceso de construcción y deconstrucción social, hasta cristalizarlo en un objeto de la ley. Este proceso es llevado a cabo en la práctica jurídica y en la audiencia, principalmente, en donde el resto de los actores del dispositivo también se encuentran sujetos a una posición que les enmarca desde ciertos ritos, lenguajes, miradas positivistas y procedimientos que les enajena en roles institucionales su condición de individuos. Este tipo de prácticas discursivas se opone a la concepción de sujeto, señalado por la Psicología Comunitaria, en donde no se concibe la idea de sujeto unitario y coherente, sino más bien trabaja desde y con las posiciones que se construyen a través de articulaciones enmarcadas en contextos sociales y comunitarios. Esta investigación pretende contribuir a la re-conceptualización del/la joven que es sancionado por la Ley de Responsabilidad Penal Adolescente, desde un enfoque de la Psicología Social y Comunitaria.
