The small town of Fergus, Iowa is experiencing a dwindling population and a poor economic future. One woman, Ginny Rhinehart, the wife of a mortician, believes that the town needs an infusion of new and different people to save it. She begins posting on social media encouraging artists, musicians, and actors to come to Fergus to take advantage of the lower cost of living and to help revitalize the community.
