Nowadays, the majority of brain aneurysms are treated with endovascular embolization. There exists a similar book called "Endovascular Treatment of Intracranial Aneurysms" Authors: Byrne, James, Guglielmi, Guido ISBN 978-3-642-80381-9 Publisher: Springer 1998. This book is a very early book on the same topic (published in 1998), but is way outdated. The current treatment rationales, techniques, skills, and devices have completely changed from back then. No similar book, which can be used as a handbook of brain aneurysm embolization, is on the market currently.
