FRED AND REX

Follow the funny antics of Fred and Rex in this playful early reader.

Fred and Rex: You're Mean! Jellybean the cat comes to visit the household for one night, and Rex quickly grows jealous of all the attention the cat receives. Jellybean sleeps in Rex's bed, plays with his favourite toy, and is showered with affection by Fred and his little sister, Joey. When Rex's friends, Spot and Milo, come over to play, Jellybean steals their ball and refuses to give it back, being very mean to them as well. Eventually, Spot and Milo have had enough of the nasty cat and go home. Then, to Rex's horror, Fred tells him that Jellybean won't be staying for just one night - but for the whole week.
