This book deals with the realization process of logic gates using analog techniques. Power series expressions of logic gates are implemented using adders, subtractors and multipliers. Various four-quadrant analog multipliers can be used for multiplication of signals. Here Bipolar Gilbert multiplier cell and MOS version of Gilbert multiplier cell are used to realize the logic functions. MOS analog multiplier is a useful sub-circuit in Integrated VLSI system.
