Halloween Nursery Rhymes for Toddlers

Pumpkin Dumpty sits on a low garden wall, orange and happy and round as a ball. Then a cool breeze swirls the leaves and tickles his nose. His eyes squeeze shut. Ah... ah...

What comes next makes little ones laugh every time. So do the other five Halloween nursery rhymes for toddlers in this gentle picture book. Each one takes a tune your child may already know and gives it brand-new words, a cozy fall setting, and friends who are more cuddly than creepy.

Boo the little ghost says the friendliest boo you've ever heard. Flap the bat flies up the clock as it strikes one, two, three. Itsy the spider gets her line tangled in falling leaves, then spins a web of moonlight. Midnight the kitten plays her fiddle for the moon. When everyone grows sleepy, they all pile onto a broom and zoom home to bed.

Every rhyme bounces along, and the book ends with a soft goodnight, so it fits story time and bedtime alike.

Inside, you'll find:
