Twenty years ago when Alex Blackburn moved to Colorado Springs he encountered a region rich in writing but poor in publishing. And so he founded Writers' Forum, a literary annual devoted to publishing new as well as recognized poets and fiction writers, especially those from the American West. Greer, Jr., Charles Baxter, Julian Silva, Miles Wilson, Fred Chappell, and Ron Carlson.
