This book examines the predictive influence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) integration in school security management on principals' job performance in private secondary schools in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Using a correlational research design, the study draws on data from 214 principals sampled from a population of 476, focusing on schools with relevant ICT facilities. Validated instruments and reliable measures were employed, with data analyzed through regression analysis at a 0.05 level of significance.Findings reveal that while security tools such as CCTV, metal detectors, social net watchers, digital maps, and panic buttons show low positive but insignificant influence on principals' performance, school bus tracking systems and fire alarm technologies demonstrate a moderate, positive, and significant predictive effect. The study concludes that limited ICT security integration poses serious risks to students and staff, highlighting an urgent need for improvement. The book offers evidence-based recommendations for private school administrators, parents, and government stakeholders to prioritize ICT investment as a critical strategy for enhancing school safety.
