L'Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA) partage son espace géographique avec d'autres organisations, qui oeuvrent également ŕ l'harmonisation du droit.Cette multiplicité de sources d'impulsion du droit est ŕ l'origine de conflits de normes et de compétences entre l'OHADA et ces organisations qui chevauchent l'espace ohada. Comment alors prévenir et résoudre ces conflits, afin de rationaliser l'intégration juridique dans l'espace ohada ? Tel est l'objet de cet ouvrage. Aprčs avoir identifié les conflits existants et montré l'inefficacité des solutions actuelles, l'auteur propose de nouvelles perspectives de solutions. Sur le plan institutionnel,l'auteur propose la coordination nationale de l'intégration juridique, par la transformation des commissions nationales OHADA en commissions nationales d'intégration juridique. Sur le plan juridique, l'auteur propose l'« ohadanisation » de l'intégration normative, par l'adhésion des organisations concurrentes au Traité OHADA ; la reconnaissance ŕ l'OHADA d'une compétence exclusive en droit des affaires et la primauté des normes uniformes, justifiée par le «potentiel intégratif de l'ordre juridique OHADA».
