The lovable but clumsy capybara Prince Dobalob (Dobby to his friends) is determined to build a zeppelin. He embarrasses himself by buying a worthless blimp online, but then falls for a charming but prickly mechanic, Sylvia. Soon a very strange zeppelin emerges from the rusting trucks and dusty junk that overflows the prince's workshop.
