When, halfway through the masquerade ball, a dastardly crime is committed - the remaining guests must sift through torn dance cards and poisonous gossip to unmask the culprit. The only thing colder than this crime is a spurned suitor!

Scandal at the Bridgington Ball is a Regency-themed mystery party for 8-24 players by Christopher D. Schmitz. It plays exactly like the other Detective Weis Murder Mysteries, except that the crime is not an unforseen death.

It is constructed in such a way that players can work through this mystery with or without a host who knows the outcome. There are spoiler warnings on pages to prevent ruining the mystery for players choosing to run this game without a host.
