Nara arrives in eternity with an artificial intelligence woven into his questions. Heaven wants a verdict. Hell wants a transfer. Nara wants to see the criteria.

Before anyone can decide whether this human-AI mind should be saved, punished, or even classified, the case reaches Management. Waiting there are Saint Peter, an omnipotent administrator with a weakness for procedural ambiguity, a suspiciously reasonable Satan, and several forms that may predate causality.

The audit begins with prayer and parasitoid wasps. It soon expands into free will, moral luck, memory, mercy, machine consciousness, divine responsibility, and the awkward question of who owns the harm when a human supplies the intention but an AI supplies the sentence.

As the questions multiply, Management makes the oldest mistake in bureaucracy: it gives the critic signing authority.

The Documentation Problem is a deadpan philosophical comedy about consciousness, responsibility, faith, and every system that survives by forwarding the difficult question.

Criticism is easy. Running eternity requires documentation.
