This protocol is inspired by the tradition of Emotional Freedom Techniques developed by Gary Craig, but also stands alone as its own unique procedure. I have woven principles into this book that I learned in energy healing, hypnotherapy, and tapping to create something that I hope will be of service.

The purpose of this protocol is to foster and strengthen an energetic connection between your spiritual inner eye in the center of your forehead and your energetic heart-center. This will help you access the enormous intelligence of your nervous system and subconscious mind. This will help you cultivate elevated emotional states, manifest your dreams and goals with more ease, embody the essence of affirmations, spark emotional healing within yourself, and activate intentions and processes to help you live at the highest levels of connection, joy, and abundance.

In this book you will find a clear description of the tapping protocol along with instructions on how to use it for various purposes. You can use it on yourself, or you can use it on an intentional and energetic level to help others through surrogate tapping, tapping in groups, or tapping for the healing of the planet.
