There are secret locks that can only be opened by the ringing of a great bell. The Karriazen church was rumoured to have this sound mechanism. Even though the church was sunk long ago, it's bells torn down, leaving just the ruined bell tower standing out of the reservoir, it is still possible with some skill to open the secret doors without ringing the bell...
Picking up her looking glass (binoculars), 9 year old Victoria spies the lonely Karriazen church not really knowing her destiny is linked. For within lay the Queens Key, the only key which can open the forever locked doors of the walled frontier that seperates her country from the country to the north where her beloved cousin Alenka lives.
