But even after the account is settled, the warning itself becomes an invitation. The haunting finds a new driver, and this time the fare may be everyone willing to listen. The Pale Fare is a chilling supernatural political thriller about grief, corruption, memory and the terrible price of allowing power to decide whose life can be spent.
