On Christmas Day, 2054, the Altaran War began.
The Altaran Empire struck hard and fast, seizing territory, shattering defenses, and dragging the Frontier into a war for survival. What followed was not a border conflict or a brief campaign. It was a global struggle fought across continents, oceans, and skies.
One nation led the response: Noverra.
Named for the original project that created the Frontier Portals, Noverra stood at the forefront of both the defense and the counterattack against the Altaran Empire. Its soldiers held the line on the ground. Its sailors carried the war across open water. And its airmen took the fight into the sky, where speed, nerve, and skill could decide the fate of entire battles in seconds.
Hundreds of thousands fought-not just for survival, but for one another. For their homes. For their families. For the belief that the Frontier would not be handed over to tyrants.
And nowhere did Noverra shine brighter than in the air.
In the cockpits of fighters, strike aircraft, helicopters, and patrol planes, pilots met the enemy at altitude and head-on. Some flew brand-new machines built for a growing nation at war. Others flew upgraded survivors, old airframes rebuilt into something deadly and new.
All of them carried the same burden: to fight, to endure, and to come home if they could.
Dozens would earn the coveted title of Ace, achieving five or more confirmed air-to-air victories.
But behind every tally mark was a mission. A squadron. A crew. A loss. A name.
These are their stories.
