When Buffalo Roam

Standing defiantly at the bars of his cage, Caleb Lomax shouts, "How could the fate of the world ever be dealt to the beasts? Only God can control that! The hunter's ranting falls upon deaf ears, and minutes later The Council and their newly found Chosen One render the death sentence to his countenance of horror and disbelief. "When Buffalo Roam" is brought to life by the fantasy's premise that the animals of planet Earth have become fully evolved and have secretly mastered the human tongue and studied our ways, and now stand poised for the historic battle that will free them from slavery. But first their young coyote prophet must embark on a perilous journey through the wilds and into human encampments to gain cooperation from the kingdom's leaders. To complicate matters, the cavernous stronghold of Animalism is under attack by unscrupulous miners and the only one onto them is trapped a thousand miles away; while the human radical who holds the key to revolutionary victory has mysteriously vanished, and the mother of all blizzards is closing in fast from the North.
