THE CHART OF HUMAN INTELLIGENCE The world officially met him at 4:03 AM on October 6th, 1961, at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. His name was Arthur James Stewart Jr., and he carried a weight of history before he even took his first breath—a fourth-generation Washingtonian, which began in the late 1800s.. By age 13, he had already achieved the cognitive depth of a mathematician. The revelation of his human identity number (HIN) was the final preparation before he was commissioned to command this order, representing his core areas of intelligence: Anthropology, Critic, Law, and Teacher. At fifteen, observing a number-letter chart inside a Chinese Astrology Book, owned by the Library of Congress. His pursuit was validated on Tuesday, August 12th, 1987, in Oxon Hill, Maryland, when God stopped him in his tracks by a living circular ball of electrical brilliance yet contained–by surprise  I burst my arms wide and said, "e;Lord Why Have You Come Down on Me I Know You exist and are alive today"e;. He just looked down at me and then slowly turned to his right, shrunk down and sped away instantly back out into the sky. 33 years later, on March 6th, 2020, in Wilson North Carolina, a Black Supernatural Man groped him on his way to his car and spoke three words, "e; Write The Book."e;  Arthur quickly named the book The Answer to All Things.
