This book constitutes the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management Applications, CISIM 2019, held in Belgrade, Serbia, in September 2019.The 43 full papers presented together with 3 abstracts of keynotes were carefully reviewed and selected from 70 submissions.
