Late Bloomer

Fleur Thompson has always felt like an outsider. She doesn't have any friends in her cozy New England hometown (unless her elderly landlady and her boss count). The only thing remarkable about her is her ability to fumble every single social interaction she's ever had. In an attempt to finally come out of her shell, Fleur decides to attend her town's Pride festival. There, she is introduced to a list of gender identities she's never heard of and consequently begins to wonder about her own. At the same time, she starts to notice strange changes in the plants around town. And just when she thought things couldn't get any weirder, a mysterious stranger appears on her doorstep offering Fleur a chance to experience something she never thought was possible. Fleur's ordinarily boring life gets turned upside down in a matter of days.
