He mentioned a study of the methods of senior and rhetorical preachers, such as "Mussolini" and "Nero", and presented a study in their voices and the way they pronounce them, and notes on their body language. Mussolini and "Nero" possessed innate capabilities in rhetoric, polished by the environment and special experiences. The book can be considered an educational guide in addressing the masses.
