"e;This study sheds light on the thematic issues related to Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree), its chapter (Surah al-Qadr), and its guidance, through two main sections. The first section examines the characteristics of Surah al-Qadr, its objectives, its rhetorical devices, newly introduced innovations, and the signs of that night. The second section discusses the issues related to determining the timing of Laylat al-Qadr, the wisdom behind its concealment, and how the Quran, angels, and the Spirit descend upon it. The findings conclude that the Surah is likely Medinan due to its connection with the observance of the night after the obligation of Ramadan, and that the hadith narrated regarding its virtues is invalid. The study concludes with a recommendation emphasizing the importance of focusing on contemplative studies of the Holy Quran."e;
