Zionism and Freemasonry

This book documents one of the most complex and intertwined issues in modern political history: the relationship between Zionism and Freemasonry. It examines the relationship between Zionism and Freemasonry from a historical and analytical perspective, drawing on original sources and contemporary testimonies. It traces the roles played by networks of influence in shaping the international landscape from the nineteenth century until after the declaration of the State of Israel. In this work, the author traces the historical emergence of Zionism as a political nationalist movement that emerged in Eastern Europe and was linked to plans to resettle Jews in Palestine, supported by intersecting interests with major colonial powers, particularly Britain and the United States. It also explores the roots of Freemasonry and its transformation from an elite association into an international network of influence that contributed to empowering Jewish figures in decision-making positions and facilitating Zionist political action at the financial and diplomatic levels. The book discusses key minutes, decisions, and events, such as the role of Masonic lodges in Europe, the positions of some world leaders on the Zionist project, and documentation of the financial and media support that paved the way for the occupation of Palestine and the displacement of its population. It also highlights the intellectual structure that unites the two projects, and the functional intersection between their goals of soft hegemony and cultural and economic control. This work does not aim to provoke or prejudge, but rather to present a comprehensive and documented file that helps the reader understand the dimensions of the conflict and see what happened and is happening through the archive of events, not through the shadows of ideology.
