Zoë Tamerlis stars in this exploitation thriller directed by Abel Ferrara. When she is walking home from work in New York City one day, Thana (Tamerlis) is brutally assaulted but this is only the beginning of her nightmare. Later that night she is attacked in her home by a burglar but she is able to fight back and kill him. As she struggles to cope in the aftermath, she takes the burglar's gun and embarks on a quest to rid the city of dangerous men. The cast also includes Albert Sinkys, Editta Sherman and Darlene Stuto.
