Charles B. Pierce directs this American slasher horror. Eight months after the end of the Second World War, the small town of Texarkana, Arkansas is terrorised by a serial killer known only as The Phantom (Bud Davis). When a series of young couples are murdered in lovers' lanes around Texarkana, famed criminal investigator Captain J.D.
